Challenging at home  ALL Bodyweight Workout to get you sweating and smiling

Explanation tomorrow’s bodyweight workout has 4 parts to it and each has different interval times.

If you’re a beginner or you’re short on time you’ll do one round of each circuit as explained below. If you want to start off your Tuesday like “Let’s Go!!!” then you’re going to go 2 rounds of each circuit.
Now if you’re like “f@*k it 

I’m on a mission” then you would do 3 rounds of each (probably not advisable) 😂

The workout is based on 4 different patterns (squat, push up, lunge, core) but different intervals, intent, and method.⠀⠀
You will have pretty much minimal rest in between exercises and the allotted rest time stated in between circuits.

So for example, if you choose to do two rounds of each circuit, which we are. 😊you’d complete circuit 1 (no rest in between exercises), rest for 60 seconds, then complete another round of circuit 1. You’d then do circuit 2 (no rest in between exercises), rest 45 seconds, and then repeat it again. From there you move to circuit 3 (no rest between exercises), rest 30 seconds, and repeat. Finally finishing with 2 rounds of Circuit 4.
